My name is Ryan. I currently work as a Web Developer.

I guess the first thing I should explain is the overall theme of the website. For the record, I’m not a Stalinist, Socialist, Communist, Marxist, or  any other -ist that has similar ideals, in fact I am severely naive when it comes to politics. The reality is that I just like the design aspects of USSR era propaganda.

I have a general disdain for doing freelance work, possibly due to bad experiences working for recruiters, though if the project is interesting enough I may take it on.

My schooling has included stints in studying architecture and graphics programming, though these were cut short due to the bittersweet circumstances of life. I would like to go back to studying these things someday, but I enjoy working in web development so until that honeymoon is over, I think I’ll stay where I am.

I also play guitar, and record music that I am much too embarrassed to let anyone listen to.
